Static IP Change

Several towers on the network are getting an IP address upgrade. If you have done a trace route, you might have noticed the change on the hops to the internet already. This change of static IP addresses is taking place from October 2009 through May 2010 and your IP address may be on the list. We apologize for the inconvenience, but it is a necessary change, and we want to do our best to help you move through the process without problem.

If you are a Static IP subscriber we will try to contact you before making the change, so that we can coordinate with you about your server or router. There are many customers however, that are using the static IP address they have for our service and we apologize in advance for making this change with out notifying each one of you. If you pay for the "Extra IP" service, then we have a record that you are using the IP on a regular basis and we will contact you before making a change. Thanks for your patience and understanding in this matter.

If you think your IP has been changed, or would like to make the first step and contact us, please email us.
